Fall Flavors Luncheon for Teachers/Staff

Let's show our wonderful BHS teachers and staff some THANKS before Thanksgiving with a flavors of fall luncheon. Think turkey, potatoes, pumpkin etc. made into fabulous finger sized tastes (for approximately 14 people)!

BHS Halloween Dance Chaparones

BHS ASB is hosting a Halloween Dance  Friday, October 30th, 7p-9p.  Tickets are $10 each if purchased early and $12 at the door.  
ASB Director Mr. Van Hooser is looking for about 4-5 parent chaperones and some candy/food donations.  If you can help out in either way please email him directly.  Thank you BHS Parents!

Soroptimist International of Fallbrook Award Application Open

Girls 14-17 Years Old who Volunteer can apply for $250 Cash Award for You and $250 Cash Award for Your Organziation
Deadline to Apply is November 15, 2015
The Violet Richardson Award recognizes young women between the ages of 14 - 17 who volunteer in the community to make our world a better place.  You will receive $250.00 and the organization you volunteer at will receive $250.00.  A brief essay telling us about where you volunteer and why is all that is needed.  We want to honor young women and encourage volunteer action in our community.
Soroptimist International of Fallbrook is one of nearly 1,400 clubs that make up Soroptimist International of the America's. We are a volunteer organization for women committed to improving the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment.

BHS STUDENT VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNTIES

Fallbrook Harvest Faire:
 
BHS PiNG Parent Group is operating Booth 59 at the Fallbrook Harvest Faire this weekend on Sunday, October 18 from 10am-4pm.  We will be offering $1.00 Kids Crafts and we would love some BHS Student Volunteers to help run the booth.  If you have students interested Please email pingbonsall@gmail.com or text/call (760) 533-8450.  Or just stop by the booth to help out at any time 10a-4p.  Any PiNG representative will be able to sign a BHS form for volunteer hours. We are hosting this booth to earn money for BHS College Tours, the proceeds will help pay for the expense of a chartered bus to transport students to college tours throughout this school year.

Bonsall Elementary Monster Mash:
 
BES is seeking BHS Student Volunteers to help run the game booths and haunted house.  The event is on Saturday, October 24th, 3pm-8pm at the Bonsall Elementary Outside Field/Track.  Please email pingbonsall@gmail.com or text/call (760) 533-8450 if you have students who can commit to this event for any amount of time.  We currently have about 4-5 Fallbrook High School student volunteers who have committed their time but would love to have some Bonsall High representation too. Students must submit their  name & phone number or email if they are committing to this event so that a PiNG representative can meet them at the event and direct them to the area/booth they will be assisting.  This event is every busy and each of the booths parents will need to know who is helping out - no flaking out!

PiNG Booth @ Fallbrook Harvest Faire

This Sunday, October 18 is the Fallbrook Harvest Faire from 10am-4pm on Main Street in Downtown Fallbrook!

BHS PiNG Parent Group will be running Booth 59 near the Coffee Lounge with $1.00 Kids Crafts to raise money for BHS College Field Trips (Bus/Travel Expenses).

Bring the family down to enjoy a great community festival and support BHS!

We are also seeking volunteers to help at the booth anytime during 10a-4pm, please contact us if you can help out.  BHS students can earn volunteer hours by working the event.
